I recently accompanied a friend—an elderly lady nearing 90 years old—to the Hyundai service department to collect her car. The staff showed her remarkable kindness and went above and beyond to ensure she was well taken care of. I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and compassion they demonstrated. It's a shining example of how businesses should treat their customers, especially our seniors. Showing kindness to the elderly is truly important.
